Went here today to sort a garden hose problem out with the fittings we had and needed replacements. Been to numerous retail and online places and our neighbour suggested to go to screwfix Broadheath. We had never heard of them but went with our garden hose and attachments and asked for advice. The young man was so helpful and patient and courteous, really going out of his way to find what we needed and his colleagues were also really helpful. What a wonderful find for us ! At last , real people who want to help , we shall certainly be back now we have found them and tell all our friends . Thank you guys

Very courteous staff.
Professional and quick to understand the requirements of the customer.

Excellent Customer Service!

A big thank you to the lovely lady who went out of her way to call me back when I forgot to collect the materials I had purchased. After leaving the shop, I realized I didn’t have my items, but before I could even return, she called to let me know. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made my day. As it’s nearly 6 pm on Saturday .

Hopeless. I went to ask for a little advice about sealants, the young woman serving me said ‘I don’t know’. I asked her if any of her colleagues could advise me and she replied, and I quote ‘it’s a shop’.
So that’s that. Will find somewhere else where they’re a little more helpful.

Excellent team. Very focused and customer centred.
Very helpful, not for the first time. This time I needed advise regarding buying some materials for painting. The staff made all effort to help me and saved me a third of price by buying the same products from the same brand in a cheaper price.
