On 20th January, Robin arrived punctually and, after a preliminary survey of our heating system, advised us what was required in concise and easily understandable terms. He worked methodically, thoroughly and professionally and, having cleared up , advised us of future requirements. Robin was very personable and polite and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

We used IHSL to check our radiators etc which are 30 years old. Robin confirmed all OK bar two which were replaced. There were some small leaks so Robin replaced all the fittings etc. He also serviced our gas fire. We were very pleased with IHSL, especially that Robin told us in detail all that was necessary and why, and was very helpful in explaining how we needed to set up our heating controls for maximum efficiency etc.

All done on time and as per estimates.

Will definitely use IHSL again wen necessary.

Very honest and reliable engineer. Boiler not working in morning, he arrived in afternoon and completed an inspection and repaired. Cost fair and we intend to book for annual service in future. Highly recommend this company.
