I would give Alex and Elon Carpet Care 1000 stars if I could. He is an absolute lifesaver. Our home took in extensive water from hurricane Milton and he showed up Friday morning (not to mention being the only one to return messages we left for several places) - extracted the water and also cleaned and sanitized all our rugs. To top it off, he also went out of his way to purchase and drop off a dehumidifier for us the next day to help with the moisture levels! Alex truly is our angel having gone above and beyond to help in our time of need. Highly recommend this company and the exceptional care and service they provide! A+++++

Alex is running most professional upholstery cleaning service in the area. We had chairs with multiple stains (that were there for a very long time) and we did not even think it was possible to get them out.
But Alex took his time, carefully proceeded with checking one area to make sure it was working on that challenging material and picked the best strategy and chemicals to use.
He even dried the chairs after and used some air freshener/deodorant to make sure chairs smell really great!
We are very grateful and happy with those amazing results !

Alex did a very thorough and meticulous job. He was also able to remove some stains I was concerned about. The carpet looks beautiful and smells fresh and clean. I would definitely use Elon for any carpet cleaning in the future. He was a pleasure to work with. It was an excellent experience.

Alex goes above and beyond in his cleaning service. First he was on time, he was most professional and even better my sofa looks like new! Alex uses non-toxic cleaners and explained his procedure in detail. He brought in fans and left them for hours to ensure the sofa was dried properly. It can be hard to find people that take pride in their work...Alex is the exception he takes great pride in his work.
