Matt, Dave and the team were fantastic. Matt was wonderful to work with during the quotation phase - quick to visit, very friendly, open to give advice and options and agree a path forwards. The quote landed the same day, and by 8.20am the next morning Dave and his team arrived to complete the work. Everything has been done to a super high standard, the guys were all lovely to have around, and within two days, it was all done. For something that's been playing on my mind for months, I'm so pleased it's done, it's done well and it's done fast. Thank you!

Matt was very thorough in his evaluation of our loft space, and the quote was very detailed. The team who did the work was very efficient, and managed to reach into some very awkward spaces. Overall we are very pleased with the result, and can already feel the benefit!

We had a great experience with Matt from Surrey Home Insulation from the quoting stage through the works and completion. He came to visit us and view the property and proposed works, was communicative as we agreed the precise scope of the works and then completed them to a high standard. He has overhauled our loft and eaves spaces and their substandard insulation materials into really high quality spaces with great insulation and quality flooring. He was also extremely helpful throughout the process, sharing his experience and knowledge to help us choose the right solution, and was generally a pleasure to work with. I have a room backing onto a staircase down to the cellar. The dividing wall has always been cool in summer and icy in winter, and I finally decided to do something about it. Matt did a thorough inspection and talked over the options. The job was completed promptly and looked far better than I had expected. Very happy.

Matt came and had a look at my loft area after I contacted him for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable giving good advice which allowed me to ask him to go ahead with the works after receiving a very fair quote for the work.
On the day the work was carried out his team were polite, friendly and got on with the work well leaving the house tidy and taking away all the rubbish.
I'd recommend Surrey Home Insulation for an all round round good job.

Matt gave me a lot of his time and advice about potential work without accepting a job which I was very grateful for when he did not need to do so. By chance it turned out a few months later I needed roof insulation on another property I purchased instead and I had no hesitation going back to Matt. Again I was very impressed with Matt's detailed written report he gave me before the work was carried out and then his flexibility and patience when the move date had to change and he still managed to complete the work in the time I was hoping it could be done by. I could not recommend Matt more highly.

Matt provided a comprehensive survey of our loft spaces and offered us the best solution for the issues with old insulation. They laid additional insulation, renewed and added new raised boarding perfect for storage.The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Our house was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
