WARNING /// I have been to the air serv car wash machine machines at Dunball in Bridgewater twice now, And I have paid £4 for six minutes and on both occasions the machines have not dispensed any foam. This has just left me washing my car once again with warm water, something I could’ve done at home. Yet somebody now has my money in their bank account. When the machines were installed, they looked professional but they are poorly maintained, damaged and hoses are leaking.

I would give 0 stars but unfortunately u need to give at least 1 to be able to post. Recently used a local car wash machines in armadale west lothian. Car damaged due to brush clearly had stones in. Waited almost 7-8 week to hear back from Airserve to tell me it's pretty much my fault and they not interested in the fact my mercedes kompresser now covered in scratches due to their machine. Some deep scratches may i add. I will never use another 1 of those machines again and would urge others not to either. When I said to guy this on phone I would urge people not to use these machine i was told be very careful in what I say. Is this a threat also very bad practice from the company I'd say. Surely freedom of speech.. We will see.
From 1 very unhappy customer...

These machines are VERY UNRELIABLE AND DANGEROUS, i used one in N ireland and it took my money (50px2) no car option, then no air came out but the compressor hummed, had problems with this one before with the nozzle not working, causing me air loss drove to another about a mile away, it worked but pressure gauge was wrong, had to keep removing nozzle to determine the pressure. Wasted 30 mins on these rubbish machines, i will invest in personal infiltrator and avoid these

Recently used an air machine in a garage and it took my card payment 4 times even though the machine was faulty.
Emailed them over a week ago and filled out their online refund form. Not a single response from them since.
What an unprofessional company and supermarkets should steer clear of contracting their forecourt machines to Air Serv.

Been told by my local petrol stations that the reason for the price increase on air machines from £1 to £1.50 is due to the manufacturer who sets the price which is Air-serv. How can the same machines require a price increase of 50%. Inflation is not an excuse for that, pure greed.
