I booked a Legionella Risk Assessment for our compliance needs. It was carried out by a company appointed by Bison Assist and was done on the designated day, in a professional manner and the assessor was very helpful and informative. There was an issue with receiving the report, so I contacted Direct365. Jack, who answered the call was helpful and courteous. He sent the report direct to me and waited until I had acknowledged receipt before leaving the call. I would therefore recommend the service, which was reasonably priced.

I have used Direct 365 for a few years now and have never been let down with collections. Having recently expanded we needed to change our collections and bin sizes, and also helping to put our collections on hold while we dealt with a large leak in our salon.
