I can't recommend this company highly enough. In the showroom James gave me his full attention, giving advice and making suggestions about colour, design, etc. On the day of installation, his men came at exactly the time we had agreed. They worked professionally and skillfully. When they had finished they cleared up after themselves, removed all the debris and even hoovered the carpet. They left the place immaculate. A couple of hours later, James rang me personally to check I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied. The new fire and fireplace are fabulous. I couldn't be happier.

Wow. Exceptional customer service, quality and prices. From top to bottom, Flaming Good Fires was a flawless shopping experience.

As someone buying a fire for the first time, James was very helpful, walking me through his showroom and giving me advice and tips on what I should look for. He was very professional and transparent throughout my visit, working to get me the best deal possible. James was also super efficient and quickly pencilled me in for a chimney inspection to make sure the work could go ahead.

After comparing Flaming Good Fires to at least 3 other reputable showrooms in the area, I can tell you that they were easily the best in every single way - value, quality, fitting etc.

A really great experience from initial contact to installation. James is very professional, helpful and friendly. Comms are excellent and any queries are addressed straight away. Compared to other companies, their prices are very reasonable. The installers arrived when they said they would and did an amazing job knocking out my fireplace and installing the fire. They’re clearly very experienced and work well as a team. I’m really happy with my new fire and would highly recommend this family run company. Just needs a small paint job to finish it off. 😊

Have just bought a fire and fireplace from James at Flaming good fires and he was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful when we were choosing. The two fitters who installed the fire and fireplace on Monday were brilliant and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. It looks fabulous and we are extremely happy with it and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this company and its employees.

Bought stovee from James in 2021 and its been great had no issues.
Glass broke on the stove (toddlers got a good arm lol) and called James and he get everything sorted and replaced and fitted within 48 hours.

The thing I most appreciated was the great customer care, James and his dad were clearly very passionate about fires and demonstrated a wealth of expertise and knowledge seldom experienced that allowed my wife and I to select the best option for our home. Very friendly, family run business and such a refreshing change from the hard sell I have come across from larger suppliers. Also, a very good experience of having my new fireplace and fire fitted. - Given the cold weather over Christmas, James was very flexible around organising our fitting. If I ever need a new fire, they will be top of my list to visit.
