Matt came to us recommended and what a recommendation. We called Matt with a boiler problem he took time and attention to find the issue and gave us a number of options to enable us to pick a solution that suited our budget which in today’s climate is so important. Checked in to ensure we were ready for our fix day. Whilst at our home he was so warm and friendly, incredibly tidy in our home and kept us updated every step of the way. Everything so thorough, checked and explained and a full handover done. There wasn’t a piece of our system that wasn’t checked and serviced by Matt. Matt since doing the job then checked in to make sure everything is good. How often does that happen nowadays. If you want a trusted, caring, due diligent, attention to detail and pride in his work which is truly deserved Matt is your guy. He will be servicing our system every year without fail. We know we are in good and safe hands.

Matthew fitted our new boiler a few years ago. It was a major refit and required a lot of reworking of an old system. Throughout Matthew was knowledgeable, courteous and most of all professional. Since fitting the boiler we have used Matthew to do the annual service and have again found him to be exactly the same. We have and would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew to anyone.

Had all new boiler and radiators fitted. Matt was very efficient and a conscientious worker. Very trustworthy he had to have key and access to our property for a week. Found Matt through Google. Phoned him at 7.30pm as I had a stuck valve and no hot water. He tried to help over the phone to save me money and then offered to come the next day to fix it. Not only did he replace the part free of charge but he serviced my boiler fully and charged me considerably less than I have paid previously for a service. He was so friendly and explained everything he was doing and why. Truly lovely gentleman. Cannot recommend enough!

My initial contact with Matt was due to a leaking 17 year old Worcester Bosch boiler. Matt responded quickly and after an initial look over the boiler gave his professional advise on how to move forward.
It was agreed that a new boiler was required as the repair cost to the existing boiler would be uneconomical.
After agreeing a new boiler was required, Matt came back promptly with a detailed and competitive quote, he booked us in to his work schedule, from initial contact to installation date was only 13 working days.
Matt worked a long day to install the new boiler, new thermostat and power flushed the radiators, he was very clean and tidy and carried out all the work to the latest regulations.
Matt completed all the paperwork to register the new boiler for a 10 year warranty and gave me instruction on how both the boiler and new thermostat work.
Matt is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend him to anybody and look forward to seeing him again when my boiler needs it’s first service.

My boiler waited until the coldest part of the year and then broke down, terminally. Matthew was able to come round the day after I rang him, had a good look at the job, and gave me three different options. He worked extra hours on his current job and then put in a long day at my house so that I had a good quality, new boiler supplied and fitted quickly. On top of that he is friendly, enthusiastic, experienced and pays attention to all the details. He is also neat and tidy, took away all the detritus, left all the paperwork correctly completed and submitted the guarantee straight away. And he did a bit of additional work that turned out to be required to the gas supply pipe at no extra charge. A highly professional job at a reasonable cost, would recommend to anyone.
