Decent amount of stock. Able to get what I come from but feel the place needs a good clean. Foul smell in some corners and shelves.
Also the grandma / old woman near the till needs to retire - comes across rude and miserable. I'm sure she's not but puts off customers

Not punctual with timings! It says on the outside notice board that the shop opens at 10am everyday, I’ve been waiting outside since 10am and it is still closed.

I saw the owners come around 10:05am and slowly make there way in without any urgency or speed to let customers in.

Eventually it opened at 10.10am.

I don't go here often .. bit when I do go as a last resort, always a bad experience. The old woman has the worst attitude ever.. which has definitely rubbed off onto the staff, that are not helpful at all. Ask them for anything and they will just point to an area.. very upsetting experiences.. today was the last straw.. if you complain to them, they literally laugh in your face.. last time I ever go to this place ..
Read as many namaz as you can but if you don't have ikhlaaq .. tut tut ..

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - This company left an item out of my order and when when I asked for it to be sent they claimed it was out of stock. I checked the website and it was still in stock to be ordered online. They then said no we can't send it because you only have 48 hrs to claim. Our family had a bereavement and we wanted to do some batch cooking, placed a large order well over £100, and this scamming company decide to do me out of a £4 item. Usually a company would quickly check their stock, realise the mistake and sort it out, not this one! They like to tell lies and scam customers with their unfair terms

Went in with my child in a pushchair the workers didn’t allow me to go in and said leave the pushchair before you go in and put my child into a trolley! What the is difference. Staff so rude asked for help and the worker said let me finish what I’m doing first !! Where is the customer skills gone. Don’t visit regardless.

Walked in and seen the owner stop a very polite customer telling him rudely that he can’t take his Ruck sack inside and asking him ignorantly if he can’t read the signs. Then whilst shopping an elderly lady ( owners wife ) shouted at my child not to leave the trolley unattended. Her attitude and manners were disgusting and appalling. She could have been more polite. They need customer service training as it’s not the 70s where you can get away with that attitude and ignorance.
