A great company. Very welcoming on my visit. Helpful staff onsite who hosted us well. Great to see the technology in action at the Experience Centre. Also learnt about how the marketplace and customer requirements are evolving.

Totally safe environment, followed all of the precautions. They provided personal 'proximity' alert pendants to ensure as visitors we were aware of our proximity to others...very good bit of tech.

We've had an absolutely terrible experience of Zebra products. My business has had 8 of their TC20 handsets, and we've had no end of trouble with them. Quite simply the least reliable electronics product I've ever encountered.

One came dead on arrival and had to be replaced immediately. Of the remaining 7, 5 have broken and have had to be returned to Zebra for repairs within a year of purchase.

Several have had to go back repeatedly - one of them 4 times in 10 months for the same problem. Most of the faults have been to the flex strip which does the barcode scanning - Zebra admitted this was a known fault, but doesn't seem able to reliably fix it.

In total, we've had to return scanners 12 times in the first year of use. We've had to pay for postage each time, and Zebra have tried to claim on more than one occasion that our warranty had expired, only to backtrack when we proved that it hadn't.

Avoid at all costs - the TC20 scanner range are absolutely not fit for purpose, and Zebra's customer service has been slow and unhelpful. Very poor.

A great experience at demonstration events, very knowledgeable staff available. Good breakfast available from the Savanna cafe on site. Very short walk from Bourne End railway station.
