The service here was outstanding. I needed to replace my old TV with a modern one, but needed some guidance after the usual internet searches etc. Nick took time to talk through the options and was happy to let me go away to decide what I wanted and how it would fit in my room. The TV and peripheral equipment were ordered and delivery with setting up arranged. An unexpected crisis occurred and Nick's response was well beyond my expectations.
A fantastic service. I would recommend Jennings Sound and Vision to anyone.

Can't rate this store highly enough. Nic was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I hadn't discovered them before, but I was so impressed that I returned a short while later to also purchase a new TV for the spare room.

We bought our previous tv from Jennings and have recently purchased a new one. Last year we had a Sonos sound system installed, makes tv viewing much better especially programmes that are broadcast in surround sound. Nick the owner is great nothing is too much trouble. Great job done 👍🏻 Rob sourced a wall bracket that accommodated the plug & aerial points so that they were hidden and the tv as close to the wall as possible giving an overall fantastic result! Great communication and fitting by Nic was superb (clean & tidy). Would definitely recommend 👏🏻

I bought an LG TV and installation from Jennings and the service was great. They were thorough in talking through requirements and particularly checking the TV would be compatible with existing soundbar and other connections. On the day of installation, there were some connection issues with the sound bar but the installer went to great lengths to troubleshoot the issue and checked I was happy with the solution. Really appreciated the personal service.

Jennings has been my go to retailer for tv/media support for many years, having most recently used their services within the last month or so. I called in on a Friday to discuss a problem I had with my 21 year old surround sound system which was playing up; Nick understood the issues and agreed to come out the next day to have a look. He had come prepared with a new sound bar (just in case) but checked over the equipment first; this he declared to be worn/wearing out (unsurprisingly after 21 years). I agreed to go ahead with the sound bar and Nick removed all my old speakers/brackets/wires etc and took them away for disposal. I couldn’t ask for more - a visit within 24 hours and my tv area left all clean and tidy. The £100 discount on the SONOS sound bar was a great help too! A brilliant company, super technicians, and reasonable costs. Jennings is a credit to our high street, a real gem amongst all the nail bars, barbers, estate agents etc.
