Diverted myself from the England Coast Path that follows the perimeter of Lakeside to see if there was anything of interest in this business park. Definitely a premium place with a lovely trail following the lake, and a few public shops and cafes. Seems to be a free shuttle bus to Portsmouth too, but I didn’t check that out. For anyone wondering if you can walk through: yes you can! It’s not marked clearly on any map but there is a path that leads to a pedestrian-only entrance/exit on the north-west side of the park.

Always welcomed with a smile from the lovely Lakeside reception team. Great campus nice cafe restaurant with good value food. Lovely views from the office.

With a co-op, starbucks, nursery, and other businesses onsite this location is a great place for a business to be based. The building houses offices for many businesses and overlooks a picturesque lake at the back.

Very nice tidy place. There is a lake behind the complex which made the hole area beautiful. Couple of different species bird can be observed n the lake side. The lake is a very good choice for carp fishing. If you want to fish here you have to be member of Portsmouth Angling Club. There is a nice walk way. During work break many staff walk through the lake side.

Business site with parking. Path was signed off as private but also as the fitness trial (public access) so very confusing. Try and ignore the constant noise of the M27 to one side (literally a stones throw) and it's a nice walk along a large lake.
