We are very impressed with Infrared Heating UK ltd. The heaters are very stylish and non obtrusive as they can be mounted on a wall or even ceiling mounted. An underfloor heating mat was also installed which is working really well. The thermostats are easy to program and adjust.
Bert, their resident engineer was very helpful in helping us choose the heaters that we required for our installation. He also helped my electrician with queries regarding installing the heaters.
I would definitely recommend Infrared Heating UK to anyone.

We have been very impressed with the underfloor heating film, it has been everything we needed.
Our room is only small and we couldn't dig up the floor. The thickness of the film meant we could insulate and install a vinyl floor tile without adding any height to the floor.

I was very pleased with the service I received and bert was really helpful.
In my work as an electrician unfortunately there isn't much interest in electric underfloor heating but I am constantly spreading the word as your heating film has been impressive!

For some reason IR heaters aren't well known or used in the UK. We now have one and they are economical, practical (often fitted to ceilings) and simple to use. If I were fitting out a new build I would certainly consider given that gas CH is on the way out given climate change.

Not only is Bert efficient, tidy, and patient, he is also one of the nicest people I have ever met! We spent a few months trying to decide the best way forward to heat our home and approached a couple of companies for quotes on infrared panels and installation. Infrared Heating UK was the only one that offered installation alongside supplying the panels, which made organising the installation so much easier than having to find a separate electrician to do the job. Bert really knows what he is talking about, nothing was a problem, and he remained patient while I spent a few weeks asking for new quotes and deciding where we wanted the panels and how many. After a lot of communication via email and phone, Bert did a house visit, and gave his final advice and suggestions. He ordered and stored all the panels for us (23!) and over a couple of weeks completed the installation. I can't speak highly enough of Bert, he has done a great job and the panels work seamlessly individually and through a central control unit. Thanks Bert!
