I applied for a truck driver job , and called the next day. Got told the company were getting people in within next few days, so I needed to sign up quickly. I signed up, and got an interview booked in really quickly.

Then, late that day, it got cancelled, and I was told it would be rearranged tge following day, but as the days went by , it never did. Now they don't even reply to my calls or messages. I only asked maybe 3 times what was going on, so I wasn't hounding them, nor was I rude at any point.

Typical kind of agency, and definitely a contributing factor as to why people don't want to stay in this industry. I would not recommend them, nor will I ever reply to an advert of theirs again if needed.

I got an email regarding this application and was interested,so i decided to look further into the job details then any reviews. To my utter disgust i was glad i read reviews on this company with being treated poorly and no due care to it's workers. As typical employers of the car valeting trade i totally understand why workers are treated badly and talked to badly as if they were slaves! I can do this job standing on my head all day and shame most Car Valeting employees out there with my experience.Although i'm glad i won't be applying for this job this company will have to suffer with bad workers and suffer with bad workmanship. One rule for a business is you need to look after your workers and they'll look after you....BUT profit comes first to them.Good luck building up your empire lol I'll go elsewhere that i will get treated better than here.

Half decent place to work at first, some employees and management were friendly and welcoming. However this would be short lived by the poor handling of my situation and inevitable dismissal.

I worked here for approx 5 months and in that time had taken 2 half days (3hrs each time) off due to emergencies which couldn't have been helped and 1 full day due to mental health reasons.

Apparently this was far to much time to take off in 5 months and was part of the reason's for a dismissal.

One member of staff in particular of management status vomited utter lies in order to proceed with a dismissal for me. I disputed this dismissal as I could PROVE that the points wrote on the paper were nothing but lies and slander. Taking into consideration the staff member who said these things worked on a entirely different floor from me and some how could recall my day to day work load, my client handling skills and commented on work being left. I saw this member of staff rarely over the week appart from tea or coffee stops...

When discussing with another member of the management team who actually worked more or less along side me daily they did agree they didn't notice ANY of the statements made and were surprised when the other staff member proposed them, however did express concern on my 2 half days and 1 full day off from work in 5 months.

After having one meeting to discuss the the dismissal with the head of management who in all fairness was kind and listened to me, I recieved a letter which basically said they didn't need to give me a reason due to probationary periods as I requested my name be cleared and the points proven wrong. (I didn't want to return to this work place seems people were saying things about me that 110% were not true)

I found this entire experience poorly managed and in all honestly pathetic. A good management team if they had any issues with my performance would have spoken to me prior to dismissal, or at least given me a chance or proper explanation as to why I was dismissed but instead to this day I've been left frustrated and confused.

I have thought about leaving a review for months, however I have been unable to get this joke of a situation out of my head therefore sharing my experience with others and hopefully by airing the terrible management skills of this situation, I can move on with my comments being heared and actually acknowledged.

I wouldn't reccomend this workplace.

Came in to register with as I was looking for a job.
I got offered very poor service - lady called Monika has seen me she has left me alone for registration, while I was doing that all I could hear is her voice shouting and swearing in Polish and English on a phone to her workers.
Really put me down to work for this agency as she was very unprofessional - maybe some customer service training would be advantageous to her.
Wold not wanted work for her if she treats people like a dirt.
Very unprofessional
