Overair have been my ‘go to’ with all my Mac issues.
Starting back in 2020 when my pro book died on me and I was panicking what to do as we were in & out of lockdowns but I needed it for work.
To buying a refurbished MacAir and I Phone.
Recently I had a separate issue with my hardrive and although I was gutted at needing to spend out on this unexpected expense right before Christmas - the guys were brilliant and ensured that I had a new hard-drive put in that same day so I could get back to work asap.
Definitely worth visiting not just when things go wrong but also for any Mac services or products.

I first visited their store in Princesshay on 12/9/23.
I was recommended OverAir by a friend who recently used them to successfully service her older iMac and Macbook. My friend had herself been recommended OverAir by another friend who has previously used them for her office/business needs.
I mainly dealt with Brent although also met the other owner, Rob (and his friendly black labrador).
I found Brent to be knowledgeable and personable but what I appreciated most was that in my search for a replacement Macbook Pro, he tailored the sale to what I actually needed rather than what might have the biggest profit margin for them. Brent also advised me on my aging iMac and at the same time I booked to have a replacement screen put on my iPhone XR.
I couldn't be happier with my new (refurbished) Macbook Pro and the 1-year warranty gives me plenty of peace of mind. The iPhone repair was flawless and the phone looks brand new again.
Other tips and advice were welcomed (and noted!), and the whole experience in their welcoming, well-positioned store, felt very refreshing after recent experiences in the jungle that is the Apple Store.
The word of mouth that these guys is getting is wholly justified and I have already started spreading the word.
Keep up the good work guys - you have a new repeat customer in me and I will be seeing you again for sure.

My MacBook was being a bit daft (well I was to be fair). I can’t stand the Apple Store. Noisy, hectic, long long waits; wreaks havoc with my neurodivergent noggin. Thankfully, and thanks to Google and the reviews, I found this place and booked an appointment. What a pleasure to walk into a quiet, pleasant store and have a friendly welcome from Brent. The issue was explained (more me than the MacBook to be fair) and I subsequently got the device serviced (apparently some hot chocolate or similar had found it’s way inside; whoopsy). Very happy with the entire service. I’ve had my MacBook for 8 years and it running great. Lovely premises and lovely Brent, thank you.

Could not recommend more!!! One of the genius at Apple in Exeter recommended Rob Hartman at OverAir to assist me with my older generation MacBook Air in order to partition my hardrive to have Microsoft windows 10 through boot camp. Ive had two other companies say it wasn't possible due to the age (and both charged me an inspection charge), they were wrong as OverAir has shown. My Mac is running like a well oiled machine now! Thanks guys.

First class service. The official Exeter Apple store wouldn't fix my imac as it was 7 years old - 'vintage' I was told. So I popped over to Rob at OverAir (a 5 min walk from the apple store) and he fixed my iMac screen with a friendly service and good value. Highly recommended.

My pro book decided to die its death on the day second lockdown was announced.
The thought of not having a Mac during this time and not being able to work meant panic set in!
However, with excellent support & service from Rob & Mark today I am now sorted.
Thank you so much, will definitely recommend to my family & friends.
