I commissioned Mike to build me a custom PC and from the very first time I met him he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He advised me on every aspect of the build from the best cooling configuration to my circumstances to case style and performance. We've just had a new gaming PC put together by Mike's daughter. It's absolutely amazing. The team went above and beyond for us and we now have the funkiest gaming PC.
Mike is really professional, friendly and reliable.

We'd have left this review sooner if we hadn't been so addicted to playing BeamNG Drive.

Building your own custom gaming PC from scratch can be an overwhelming proposition with internet forums filled with contradictory opinions and limitless options.
I found Mike to be friendly, knowledgeable and someone who genuinely takes pride in what he does, picking the most effective components within the constraints of our budget. My son now has an Xbox crushing gaming PC that runs perfectly out the box.Also looks like a work of art!

I recently visited Mike’s Laptops in Exeter for their SSD cloning and "Build With You" service to upgrade my motherboard, RAM, and CPU. Mike was fast to take my call and allow me to come to his workshop which is centrally located in Exeter in Southernhay. He quickly found the issues and fixed them for me within a day. He’s very knowledgable and gives honest advice on the best solution for your own situation. I’ll definitely be using him again for any PC issues, upgrades and advice. Amazing experience with Mike's Laptops. Approached Mike after many months uncertain about building a gaming PC by myself. I had lots of advice from friends and family who live a fair distance and wanted to discuss it face to face with someone who had experience.

I sent my email to Mike and heard back that day. From consult to build it was about 3 days! Mike is very knowledgeable and realistic with budgets and expectations. A shout out to Mike's parts provider, as they had all the pieces for my build delivered in less than 24 hours!

Though Mike had an injury between consult and build, he communicated everything quickly and professionally. Archie and Cassie helped with the build on the day and were both very friendly and skilled and I am extremely happy with the service provided. Now typing up this reviewing using the PC we built and couldn't be happier!

Shout out to Flash! The best four legged furry assistant.
