Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, reassured me that my Macbook will be fine after an entire bottle of water got on it and Apple tried to charge almost £900 to fix it. Took in my laptop on a Monday and received a call saying it was up and running and would be ready by Thursday as only a few internal parts needed work, it got to Friday and I hadn't heard anything so I had to call to chase up and find out that more needed to be replaced and a new keyboard ordered in. Over the next week I had to keep calling for updates, and informed that the engineer wasn't in for a few days. They did kindly offer a loan laptop for the time being, which I didn't take, however I would've definitely appreciated more communication during the process as the extra repairs meant it cost more than I was initially told, and I had to chase up to find out about these. Got the call to pick up my laptop 2 weeks later from the drop off date, and it is up-and-running perfectly, and they did inform me that the parts they replaced have a 1 year warranty. Overall good experience, will definitely be going back if I ever encounter any more issues

Took my laptop here a few months back as it needed a very specific repair and they gave me a very fair price. Came back with the same issue, they were super kind and took £250 off an upgraded Mac as well as getting the data back for free. Really amazing service and lovely staff.

I have used Titan many times and always found them friendly, knowledgable and value for money. Not many firms will tell you honestly that you do NOT need an upgrade or a new product etc but I know that when I walk through their door I will get the right advice and the best service for my needs. My laptop has been running very slowly for the last few months. After I accidentally spilled water on it, I brought my water-spilled laptop to Titanic Computers two working days before Christmas. The next day I received a call. Engineer Chris explained the problem, offered solutions to speed up my laptop. I am very grateful to Chris for the work he did over the weekend, recovering data from the hard drive. On Monday I picked up my refurbished laptop, the hard drive was replaced. The team kept me updated on the work. I am very happy that my laptop was restored before the long Christmas and New Year holidays. I would highly recommend Titanic Computer for fast and professional service and good customer service.

Shop with a lot of obscure things, as the owner told me. 🙂 And even if he could not fulfill my really obscure needs, he knew where I might get what I needed (which I did) and even offered me to order it for me, as I am on vacation and my Amazon account wouldn't do.
