I love the MiBoxer downlights I have bought from Future House Store. I went with the adjustable CCT LED downlights as well as wall panel controller and a handheld remote so I could control my bedroom lights without a need of leaving my bed. Very smart products at the best price in the UK. The products meant to arrive within 2-4 weeks but I’ve received them within 8 working days. Great job guys. Thanks

Firstly, this should not be listed here. It is not a physical store in the location as is made out. The pictures are not of the store and don't drive there because you will end up outside the owners house. If you call him he wont care less. The website talks about returns 'in store' and their contact us page has a picture of a storefront which is again false information.

Secondly stock is not advertised on the website. God knows why not because as soon as you place the order and pay you get an email saying items are on backorder. So clearly the information is there but just being hidden.

The owner does not reply to emails. So after trying two email addresses both on the website, there was no response. I emailed straight after to find out what items are on backorder as i could have cancelled them. He did not reply. There is also no way on the website to find out and cancel your own order so you are stuck with it once you hit the button.

The website also does not tell you that items are actually coming from oversees and the standard delivery times shown in the checkout are not correct.

What a joke. Shame because the items and prices are good but clearly run by someone who is incompetent.

I to had the items not in stock delivery 2-4 weeks and was concened same as Mavadia review a year ago however order status changed next morrning and items arrived quickly via packlink/UPS. Remainder of order within a week. Brillant website and infomation on products, now has stock levels my only criticism is that your not told whitch items are out of stock at payment or notifcation emails. Keen prices for milight/miboxer products if delivered quickly. ps. The CCT remotes K1 for example do control the RGB/CCT lamps for white,CCT, dim modes. You can pair other remotes at same time for colour funtions. good for bed side lamps as K1 easy to find in the dark. The TRAIC dimmer modules also pair with the RGB/CCT wall pannels and remotes so can make your stanard lights smart on same controlers. One issue found is if power is lost all your lights will turn on when it comes back on eg. 'power cut' for example. If you where on holiday your house would be lit till you return. keep your existing switches for isolation or you can use the do not distburb setting in app as work around. I feel the top critical Mavadia review a year ago is no longer valid. good site recomended
