I don't know what to start with .

Maybe with the fact that 5 stars are too few for the experience I had this time for the SSSTS Refresh.
Let's start with the fact that from the planning of the course to the course itself, I was followed, professionally and very very kindly by the staff.
For the course and especially for the person who made the course possible just one word THANK YOU.
Very kind, very patient, (English is not my first language so it is not easy for me but especially for the person in front of me).
But despite all these small differences he tried and succeeded in refreshing my memory.

I was sceptical about doing the online version of this course and did feel uncomfortable to start with. The course instructor made me feel comfortable about doing it remotely and I soon found myself at easy and successful passed the course exam.

Very helpful staff made finding/booking the course easy. Response time after the online booking was almost 'instant'. Will use them again

Very poor experience. They took my booking but didn't pass the details on to the course provider. I therefore never received full course/joining details. Turned up over an hour early (not a problem) and then the admin team had to scramble round to see if I could be accommodated on the day. Thankfully, not a problem. My advice, book with provider direct.

Not having ever attended an online course I was a little apprehensive beforehand. However, I am happy to report that it was actually very good. Being able to do it from the comfort of my own own and not have to travel anywhere was a great bonus. The course itself (SMSTS REFRESHER) was hosted by Human Safety matters, David Hume and I felt fully engaged throughout. It was done on the ZOOM platform and worked without any hitches or hiccups. In summary, I’d recommend thoroughly ……
Since I wrote this, I have read other reviews of bookmycourse of which some are quite critical. There does however, seem to be a common thread which is people’s stupidity, laziness and ignorance. This company sets up the courses, IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES. IT IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE NOT BEING SENT AN EMAIL IF SAID PERSON DOESNT GIVE THEM THE CORRECT EMAIL. Plenty of people seem to be able to organise themselves efficiently and attend their chosen course without a hitch.
Personally - I didn’t have any issues with BOOKMYCOURSE and as such, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Just be aware of what YOU are responsible for…….
