RT Solar are the best at what they do and the best prices I can find. After listening to bog standard installs and sky high quotes from the national companies, I found RT Solar. They listened to my unique needs, as someone with two EVs and a smart home with lots of kit, they gave me a solution that I liked. When they gave me the best price I’d seen, I liked it even more.

My original install was for a 20 panel system with a 5.2kw battery. This cut my energy bills by 75%. I recently had a larger battery installed with an iboost to power my hot water with excess energy, and since the install, I’ve barely taken any grid electricity at all, I’d guess a 95% reduction on my bill.

I’m very pleased with the work carried out, exceptionally neat and the best looking panel install I’ve ever seen. My wife was concerned they would be ugly, but frankly they look so neat that even she’s happy with them. I’ve had many neighbours ask about them too, impressed that they look so good!

So should you use RT Solar? Yes. They offer great solutions at fantastic prices. I’ve now got a veritable power station, so will sadly probably have no further need for their services, but if I do, then I’ll go directly back to them.

Everyone at RT Solar has been very helpful. We were not happy with our previous plumbing service and we contacted RT Solar for pipe chasing in the wall and installing a radiator and towel rail. They were very prompt and professional as well as helpful with great advice. Shane and James were very good and didn't leave until all was perfect.

I would like to thank RT Solar for doing an amazing job installing my solar panels and battery system. After struggling for more than a year with another company to have my system installed, I could not be happier with the whole RT Solar team.

Ivan – for meeting me in person, fully understand my requirements and getting back to me within less than 24 hours with a design and quote. He was also very patient in answering all my questions and explaining it to me. At no point did I felt rushed or pressured into make decisions.

Sandy – for excellent customer service. The detail planning and organisation meant the I was always fully informed on what is happening when. She also confirmed all decisions that was made on the phone with an e-mail, which was excellent. Her friendliness and willingness to help, made it real pressure to deal with RT Solar.

Dan/Rob – When I was told that the A-Team was doing the installation, it was not a joke. I would even call them the A++ team. 😊 They just did the job with the highest of standards and also left no mess behind. They were professional, friendly and tolerate all my questions as well. Their quality of work is really exceptional.

I wish I came across RT Solar a year ago as that would have saved me a lot of very frustrating phone call and I would have my solar panels and batteries up and running for a year already.

Recently had Solar panels and battery installed by RT. From the initial contact and survey of our property right through to the installation and commissioning I cannot imagine a more professional company. Everything happened as planned. Sandy coordinated the work and phoned with regular updates, Rob did a great job of installing the panels and Dan made everything work with the installation of the batteries and inverter.

I was pretty much set on my choice of Solar panel company and then I got a call from Fernando, he was in the area and came and had a look. Straight from the off, his honesty and integrity shone through. The truth is something that you seldom seem to get from some solar panel companies. As an example I had someone visit (from another company) who said I could get 18 panels on my relatively small roof and Fernando basically told me they were talking rubbish as the space on my roof simply wasn’t there. I immediately had trust in him and the way the solar panel industry feels, I think that is very important.

I had constant contact with the company, even before I ordered and felt I could ask any questions and the replies would be truthful and honest.

Installation day arrived, and despite a few issues, which were quickly remedied, I had a 10 panel system that, from the ground, looks great. The installation of all the electrical gubbins was all placed perfectly and looks really smart, from the exterior you can hardly tell that there are new cables and everything was very neatly placed and installed.

Overall, I thought RT Solar and everyone who represented the company were exceptional and I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking into these things then spend some time and make sure you’re happy and don’t feel as if you’ve been forced into your decision and with my experience of RT Solar you should feel happy and not overly pressurised to make, what is, a very expensive decision.

Fantastic quality solar & battery install. RT solar installed a large 10kw solar pv with battery, EV charger & iboost for hot water.

I have had my system for a few months and am very pleased with the install. The biggest positive is the quality of the install, RT did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. The 27 panels on my roof have a very neat and uniform presentation.

Fernando was very knowledgeable and ensured I was able to maximise the solar capacity as I wanted the biggest system that would fit on my roof to reduce my carbon footprint & utility bills as I wfh and use a fair bit of power.

The installation process was smooth, I initially had panels installed and then battery a short time later. Both install teams were very understanding of my requirements, had very good attention to detail and carried out the work to a high standard.

The price was competitive (noticeably less than some national companies), there was a short wait for install as I wanted Solaredge brand inverter which had stock delays but Fernando managed the delays well and worked hard to get my equipment in a reasonable time.

My experience has been fantastic and I would be happy to recommend RT Solar to anyone.
