Reading through other people’s experiences, I would fully concur with everything that has bee said. We had x4 A3 devices that were end of life and becoming problematic to maintain.

We invited 3 other companies and our incumbent to tender for the replacement devices. Needless to say, that Syncro are now our new partners for printing etc. Our rational was simply that we liked how they presented and how they worked, and that they were commercially the best offer. The devices were pre-configured for our network and commissioned in a morning. Very little impact to users and the old devices removed an no cost.

When we needed to change our office printer our expectations weren't high - we were frustrated by companies who promised the world but didn't deliver. Syncro were the complete opposite. We have recently had a Konica Minolta Printer installed at our offices and the process has been seamless with Syncro. John sat down with us at the beginning and figured out how much we've been spending from outsourcing our printing and then showed us how we could do it all in house on our own printer.

They've created a brilliant payment plan that actually means we save financially while having the ease of having our own printer in house.

The team at syncro went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed aswell as training the team in how to use all the components we would use. The team came in and connected all our laptops and emails to the printer as well as creating some presets for some of the booklets etc we will be regularly printing.

Overall the service was competitively priced, communicative and professional with the bonus of them being local and at the end of a phone call if we need any help. Thank you John and all the team at Syncro you've been fab!
