Baffled how these guys get good review. I should take them to court but I am too busy. Needed a BNG report for planning - created a problem that didn't exist to create a follow up report and wanted £7000 !!!! Had no choice due to initial report to get one and paid £1700 ! Complained to the professional body but turns out the surveyor was accredited as they insisted...cant be trusted.

I cannot sing the praises of this company highly enough .The office staff are polite and efficient and dealt with a changing situation extremely well .This was also replicated at the site visit stage where the attendee explained everything clearly and concisely and came up with a simpler and therefore more cost effective solution than I had anticipated . Given this was arranged within three days and a quote the very next day it is difficult to see how it could have been handled any better

Great customer service, I would strongly recommend.

ProHort helped us out with a tree survey after our mortgage lender requested one following their survey on a house we're buying. ProHort were very accommodating of our situation; they made the process easy.

Their report was very detailed and was delivered via email on the same day by a very friendly client manager, Grace.

It was first time I have used ProHort for a tree report for a TPO survey as required by local planning authorities. ProHort was incredibly swift in providing a very competitive quotation and after acceptance, they promptly made arrangements to carry out the survey on site. The report was remarkably thorough and met all my expectations.

Throughout the process of getting things orchestrated, they have been brilliant in communicating with us as developers.
