I called them late on Friday night. Spoke to suzanna who couldn’t have been more helpful. The fitters arrived on Saturday morning about 9:30, exactly when I was told they’d come. Guys were brilliant, down to earth, left them to it. Just over an hour later the job was complete. Every part of my experience was smooth and trouble free. I highly recommend these people. Brilliant company. Sorted my windscreen 8.30am the next morning unlike Autoglass (via Direct Line) where I would have to wait 5 days and travel 100s of miles with a big chip in front of me as on hols. Very clean customer bathroom too. Quick and very good repair. Everyone smiled. And the lovely receptionist gave us loads of brilliant family history for my husband and, thanks to her, the local library are going to do genealogy searches for him. Can't believe how lucky we were. Thank you to them all.
