Worked with another 2 fulfilment companies before and cannot express enough how excellent GF is. Very efficient, ships my products worldwide has the best customer service, and is very fast in dealing with any issues/necessities we may come across. They also support me on shipments to trade shows across Europe. Very reasonable in pricing too, been with them for the past 4 years and have no second thoughts. Highly recommend!

Used them for a few months, all was good until an item worth about £100 went missing. Bearing in mind I they charge insurance, the item was “shipped” but never got to the customer. DHL claimed they had no scans in their system for the item but Green Fulfilment claimed that the order was collected. They weren’t willing to do anything about it and apparently I was supposed to just accept that the item magically went missing. This is a huge red flag and I left them due to this.
