Illegally tried to transfer my business water supply from Clear Business to them without my consent or speaking to me. I only found out when I received a letter from Clear Business saying "sorry you're leaving us". Clearly a fraudulent company based on this and other reviews.

Company seems like it has no processes and hit out with random invoices with arbitrary figures. I bought a property and without introduction i automatically became their customer via invoices out to my address, they use the land registry. Ok thats fine, i paid whats due since i was in the property, rented the shop out, some hassle to get bills transferred over. Call centre staff i spoke to on 28/11/24 @11:07 was so rude and patronising, hung up the phone on me! Will never recommend this company to anyone, look elsewhere where you get treated with respect as a customer.

This company set up fraudulent accounts and send demands for money for water when i dont even have water in my premises. Ceo address is available on the internet so best to deal with her as the staff are useless.

Absolutely shocking treatment by this company. Took a vast amount of money from a small business's bank account who received an invoice of a very old customer reference number. We were assured the money would not be taken from our bank account but they did! We were told various different stories by customer services advisors. Finally we were told the money would be refunded to our bank account but they credited our Business Stream account instead! 4 months later still we are still disputing this dreadful treatment!

I can confirm that all the one star reviews on this forum are absolutely correct. Cowboys! Hence why they are losing their biggest and key contracts. Best going with Castle Water or another water provider. Oh, and they have found a loophole to only ‘invite’ customers to complete Trust Pilot surveys that they know will give them ‘5 star’ reviews so that the organisation looks to be more competent than it actually is. Poor show Business Scheme…ahem, Stream.

Shocking company to deal with. Moved into a new property and have been given a bill for the period before I took the lease. This was then updated when I questioned it - so the bill was due for water usage only for the day I moved in. So apparently I used 63000l water the day I got the keys (whilst the water was still turned off too). Absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed more than a dozen times to rectify this, each time a new responder and nothing ever gets sorted. Horrendous company to deal with.
