Our experience is VERY different to the written descriptions and may reflect that we are homeowners.
Unprofessional service with a very poor quality incomplete structural package. Loyalty to those with whom they share business relationships rather than the home owner who places trust in a professional service to be delivered.
We used a second structural engineer out of necessity who was shocked by the shoddy/insufficient detail provided; Bearing lengths, foundation detail and retaining wall design all absent. Arrogant and simply don’t care. Do not recommend .

In response to comments posted by Vale Consultancy Jan 2025. A professional company would check their facts are correct:-

The facts are-
1. The Judge found the builders to be in repudiatory breach of contract.
2. The structural design provided by Vale consultancy was seriously inadequate.
3. A second structural engineer was required to re design a steel beam.
4. Extensive remedial work was required before building control standards were met and signed off.
5. Your builder colleague has seriously mislead you.
6. A formal complaint has now been lodged with the professional regulatory body.

I recently needed a survey carried out for issues at my property
I contacted vale consultultancy who were very helpful and put me in touch with their surveyor Louis who duly arrived and carried out the survey in a polite,helpful and well informed manner.
I think personally the customer service I received from Louis and the admin team was second to none.
I will definitely be using this company again should I need to do so.

He has a good understanding of my needs, is easy to contact and happy to run through any issues and adapt or change things if required.
