We recently purchased a kitchen from Top Stack, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional and completely stress-free.

Christian, who designed the kitchen, was brilliant — he listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great advice, and created a design that is both stylish and practical. The end result is absolutely stunning.

The fitting team — Peter and Gavin Lane, along with their apprentice — did a fantastic job. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they were professional, tidy, and a pleasure to have in the house.

If you're looking for a high-quality kitchen and a team that truly delivers from start to finish, I highly reccomend them.

Lovely professional team, made great suggestions about log burner options, the installation was fast, clean and it looks great. Very in keeping with my old house. The stove itself is easy to use and I love it. It provides good heat and is beautiful to see. Very impressed and wholeheartedly recommend!

We have recently had a a log burning stove fitted by Topstak. This is our second log burner fitted by the Topstak team after having one in our previous property.

The Topstak team were from the start very helpful and knowlegeable about how best to fit the stove as it involved opening the fireplace up further before a stove could be fitted in place.

We wanted to make sure that the new log burner fit with the character of the original fireplace and are delighted with the result. Daniel, James and Ryan were all very helpful, courteous and did a great job.

What amazing customer service. Ordered and paid for a stove to be fitted to the wall. On the morning of delivery I had a bit of a change of mind as I didn’t want to loose a whole wall to a stove. I was querying what might be available with the store on the phone when the fitters turned up. After chatting my requirements over with them and apologising profusely, they popped out and less than an hour later returned with a couple of options. I am totally bowled over with the patience, knowledge and flexibility of both topstak and the fitters, first class service and absolutely love my new stove and hearth. I can not recommend them too highly, thankyou

From initial contact with James to the installation of the wood burner, everything went perfect..

Fantastic selection of stoves at their premises and James ensured we purchased the right stove for the house.

The two installers were fantastic, extremely professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

Honestly, the best customer service I have ever experienced, with an amazing choice of products.

Sadly I never got to visit there showroom but from looking at the choice online, I wish I had visited!

They guided me and assisted me without fault over the phone, when I had concerns and issues with the order.

Depsite having a couple of issues they were rectified immediately by the customer service team.

I am so happy with my purchase and would be so happy to deal with them again!

Excellent service from start to finish. Dan was so professional and provided helpful advice about the size and efficiency of the log-burner . The installation team were friendly and very sensitive to keeping my home free from dirt etc thats comes with the fitting. They tested the burner before leaving and provided the necessary detectors and vent. Many thanks everyone !
