The FOG machine which I have is now nearly 2 years old and still looks brand new because of the service they offer. Mitchell who did the last 2 services was an excellent Engineer and with his professional skills he did the job very clean and on time. Great service from Mitchell today. He has showed early and dealt with the service very quickly. He's very polite and knowledgeable and helped us with a pesky timer too. We had a bit of a time constraints due to opening hours but he dealt with it very efficiently and we were open on time

Very inconsistent with reliability. It's crazy how many punctures their can vans get, or at least that's what they say when they don't turn up or arrive late to scheduled jobs. Few occasions where the grease trap hasn't been cleaned properly, not put back together properly leading it to flood everywhere. Yes, staff can be friendly, they can even moan about the job too but, then they throw a "review me" card at you to try boost their poor performance online and hide previous poor reviews.
