Nice size Howdens with a decent car park outside. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always a good range in and deliveries are daily. On the day we went they had a trade day so offers and competitions, plus all the customers were treated to some delicious #pieandmash... lovely!

I cannot speak highly enough of Howdens in Biggin Hill. Fantastic service - particularly from the talented and extremely helpful Kyle. Though actually every aspect of getting a new kitchen has been great. Quality is good, attention to detail great, very knowledgeable employees including those delivering the items. The worktop fitters even came back twice because they weren't happy with the first delivery. Outstanding service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we'll be back!

Bought some flooring from this branch on the understanding we could take delivery when we were ready to. Got a call a couple of days later telling me they are not a storage warehouse and needed to take delivery the next day. Have since had to move our flooring around the house over a dozen times as we are doing extensive work. So glad I never bought my kitchen from them and will never touch again! Quality okay, customer service terrible...

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING IN BIGGINS HILL

I DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT AND HAVE JUST COST THEY'RE COMPANY AROUND £100,000 A YEAR

The designer costs me a deal and then when I call up just after losing my Grandfather the lady on the phone is rude then the manager gets my account closed because I reacted and asked for compensation and an apology.

Howdens in Brixton and Bow have now lost out on deals and I'll be taking my customers to Benchmarx now who know how to treat people
