I have been going to Stratton Opticians for a number of years and always have the best service. I need new glasses this year and underwent the full test and check up. Absolutely seamless and professional. Sheila was an absolute delight. Picked the right frames and my ‘new’ glasses were available within the week. Super impressed! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been to Stratton Opticians for a few years now. Find them very friendly, professional and efficient. Excellent eye examination, then help to find the right frames and the colour to suit your face. The whole process is excellent. Will continue to arrange an appointment yearly.

Lovely service from opening the door - greeted by name with a smile and immediately at ease for my eye test. Some advice and a new prescription, then help with a damaged pair of glasses and a quick repair! Always professional, always time to talk and you’re really made to feel valued. Can’t fault all aspects of their service, which is why both my wife and I keep coming back.

I haven't seen an optician in over 15 years but have been doing some odd things and the doctors are testing everything else so I thought this was another one I could do myself.

When I wandered in staff were warm and friendly. The reception was clean, warm and comfortable. The optician was thorough, knowledgeable and interested and listened. He was able to take me through my results and explain the relevance of them comparing them to stock examples.

Overall, I felt very well cared for, I would be happy to recommend anyone goes there.

Friendly, caring, professional. The Varilux XR lenses are perfect. After 2 years I was not pressurised into new glasses, but these are a comfortable improvement. My wife is also very happy as she did not require an update after 2 years.

First rate service all round - from the first phone call to book an appointment, through to the optical check and glasses fitting.

The prescribed lenses with anti-glare for night driving are a positive game changer, particularly for night driving.

Would not hesitate to recommend this friendly, independent, professional practice and indeed have already done so.

Really pleased with the Excellent service I received today at Stratton Opticians - This was my first visit & Amy was so helpful - she spent a great of time going through my specific needs (replacement Silhouette frames & Stratton Opticians holds a fantastic range) & I also found a wonderful pair of Sunglasses - I definitely recommend my Independent local Opticians Stratton - The service from both the staff was friendly, helpful & they understood everything I was looking for.
