Been to screwfix today for a Torx screwdriver set. Young guy and girl who served me was really helpful and pleasant. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Far better service than B&Q. Cheers guys 👍😊

AVOID! Went in today to collect a DEWALT set and drill bits for it. It was ordered on my step dads business account so only had the name and order number. I gave her the order number and verified what it was before she brought it out. When it came out she asked for the name on the order which I gave. She then looked me up and down with disgust and stated that she needed the home address, phone number, email address and bank card that it was ordered with. The 2 other employees at the desk started being rude to me for absolutely no reason. I called my step dad and she spoke to him on the phone saying there was nothing that she could do as i didn't have the card that it was ordered with due to an “increase in fraud”, I feel discriminated as i do not believe that this would happen to any other customer. Will not be going back here ever again. Rude staff.

I've been to loads of Screwfix stores and this is certainly one of the very best there is. Always a very friendly welcome at the trade counter. Everything is handled efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are good, in particular Steve. However, Manager Mandy is outstanding. If Head Office gives out any form of recognition to staff, then they need to be giving one to Mandy. A Five-Star person!

Great service from the two ladies on the desk today. Took the time to find the exact replacement plumbing part I needed and carefully check it was an exact match. Friendly service with a smile!!

Been into screwfix STOURBRIDGE today with just photos of what I needed. I didn’t do click and collect, so I’m guessing I needed some old fashioned assistance to find what I needed. Let’s just say the staff member dealing with me did not conceal her annoyance at the fact I did not have a SKU . I’m sure it is annoying when people don’t pre order , but it was not nice to feel
Like an inconvenience. The staff members manner was very off. I’m sorry I didn’t have a SkU number, and didn’t come armed with a click and collect code, but don’t worry as I won’t be returning, so the staff will no doubt be relieved. I own 2 businesses and if I gave this annoyed vibe to my customers, I doubt I’d have any left. As I say, I won’t be returning.

The female that works in here needs to grow up won’t ever be going back here again. Smirky comments just coz didn't have the order number ready. Wasn't not even busy. Nor was I being dealt with by her, just walking past…Don't know there name.

First class service as usual. Ordered 4 items yesterday 3 were in stock with the other items on 24/48 delivery. Had a text at 9-30 this morning confirming all 4 items were ready for collection. Brilliant service and excellent staff at Stourbridge branch.
