What a brilliant company in all aspects of customer service.
I also saw a video where an auditor approached the factory and the marketing manager handled the situation.

In my opinion, if I were a customer and saw this situation, I would have been quite disappointed. It seems that while rules are set for people to follow, there is a lack of consistency in how these rules are enforced, which could be perceived as a double standard.

Although I understand that no customer items have been featured on a YouTube channel, it is surprising that your staff was featured without ensuring that appropriate non-disclosure agreements were signed. In my own business, I would have made sure that such agreements were in place to protect both the company and its customers. Unfortunately, it seems this precaution was not taken.

It is worth noting that the staff was professional at all times, including during this process. However, it is surprising that many companies do not adopt such practices. In my opinion, implementing these measures would help ensure that all content aligns with the high standards customers expect.
