Customer service is none existent. Messed around now by 5 different people. Still no delivery after they collected the exchange. Promised deliveries and nothing shows up. No emails/texts nothing to update you. Still owed lintels. Will NEVER order again from these.

Ordered lintels on the 1st of May
Promised delivery within 5 days
After many wasted calls to Wade over the next 10 days asking where my lintels were, I spent another 7 days trying to get my money back.
You can only speak to a customer representative once and then they seem to be on holiday when you ask for them again.
I was passed on to Gerarld the supposed MD who told me "it shouldn't matter if they have my money if I've paid by credit card as you don't get charged till the end of month"
If you need more than binbags for your job don't bother with Wade Don't Tell The Truth Building Supplies.

Placed an order, no updates on delivery. Chased on email and their webchat(doesn't work) and no response . Not going to loose builder as not delivered in accordance to their 5 day turn around. Poor customer service. Pay more go elsewhere where

Bought some scaffold boards for shelving. Decent boards, but not imperial 6 foot lengths as stated so I had to add 30mm to the ends, which required more work so it wasn’t obvious. If your buying for a DIY job, buy oversized and cut down.

We Went with Wade for there reasonable prices especially having quite a few large orders, We was pleased with the concrete posts and gravel boards and the wooden panels was so much nicer and better quality then any others at similar Prices. But the costumer service and delivery drivers was exceptional always answered the phone’s straight away and helped with any queries promptly and efficiently, the delivery drivers were friendly and went beyond expectations when unloading alone, I often offered my dads help but being he is in his early 70s they was very mindful to only take up his help on light objects and the driver always said he was happy to do heavier objects himself. Thank you Wades and we will definitely use you again! Holly and Chris Tappis (Hertfordshire)
