I’ve had a fantastic experience with MBKB throughout my payroll training journey. I successfully completed my Level 3 Payroll apprenticeship with them, and I’m now progressing through the Level 5 qualification. I started my Level 4 Internal Audit Apprenticeship with MBKB in September 2023 while working full-time at Fidelity International. I’ve now completed the programme, passing my EPA and earning both the Internal Audit Practitioner qualification and the Certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk.

MBKB provided outstanding support throughout my duration. My tutor Dan made sessions engaging and always ensured no one was left behind - especially with Off The Job Hours! He was responsive, encouraging, and genuinely cared about our success.

Since completing the apprenticeship, I’ve moved into a new internal role in Advice and Guidance Support. Although it’s a different area, the skills I gained are highly transferable.

I’ve recently completed the HR Consultant/Partner apprenticeship (CIPD Level 5) with MBKB and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this path. As someone relatively new to the people profession, the apprenticeship was incredibly valuable in strengthening my understanding of HR by combining theory with practical application.

A big part of what made the course so impactful and enjoyable was the encouragement and expertise of my tutor, Julia. Julia ensured our workshops were well-paced and engaging, creating a space where we as learners could openly discuss ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another. Her consistent 1:1 guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement played a key role in building my skills, knowledge and confidence throughout the apprenticeship.

I recently completed a Level 3 Team leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship with MBKB. I felt thoroughly supported every step of the way, my tutor was always on hand to help and happy to give advice and point me in the right direction when I was struggling. the group I was with on the workshops were great and we were able to support one another throughout the year and all successfully passed the apprenticeship with distinction :-). For anyone thinking of doing this you will be supported all the way including the lead up to and completion of the End Point Assessment.

I completed a Level 5 HR consultant partner apprenticeship with them. The lectures were engaging and great, and we covered a range of topics essential for people professionals. The highlight though was my tutor Julia, her constant support enabled me to follow all the required criteria to complete the qualification. Julia is extremely engaging, reliable, absolutely put me at ease, and is very knowledgeable not just about the apprenticeship topics but also the process we needed to follow.
