Not interested in helping. Never registered our vehicle for an account. Car is owned outright from new. Phone up on hold forever and they won't talk to us. Can't register our blue badge to use. You need to send us your logbook. Sorry but I'm not posting my logbook to a toll bridge to prove it's our car. We've provided vin numbers, ownership of the vehicle and our correspondence. Clearly aren't interested in blue badges. Ah but you can pay the higher rates etc. CON ARTISTS!!

ideal if you need a bridge pass at short notice. just take your docs and walk in. adequate parking. better to visit mid morning or mid afternoon and its ususlly queue free.

Since beginning there is issues with automatic renewal it never work then you have to make all this effort get all your paperwork go to this stinky office and wait in que waste your time ... Also for some reason my password doesn't work on app but same password works in browser? They dont know what they are doing...

What is wrong with the women who work in here?
Dealt with them three times for different vehicles and received nothing but attitude and problems every time. They need to learn how to talk humanely to other people seeing as they're in the customer service field. If I didn't have to - I would never deal with them and their passive aggressive, patronising behaviour again but being a local we have to deal with these women who think the world owes them something. Absolute shambles. I think McDonalds are hiring!

Absolute scourge of indecency. Can you imagine a world where you forget to pay your invoice within a day, then the supplier decides they'll charge you ten times the value...!? GTFO.
