Turned up for an appointment with Debbie for digital skills at 11am at the brownlow fold centre only to be told by staff that she had cancelled all her appointment's for the day I called her mobile for an explanation (no answer) so called the office this call was diverted to a mobile the lady who answered explained that she was not in the office and could not explain why my appointment was cancelled just took my name and no. So first impression for me not good
