We order a 350w mirror infrared panel with a built in thermostat for £269. It lasted for 3 months, it stopped heating. I had to pay the £8+ postage to return it with a tracking number. It has been 6 days with no communication from the infrared heating company. It is their policy for you to pay & return their faulty goods, plus I was offered either a fix/replacement ment or a credit note to spend on their website. Please contact us as a good customer service practice would

I don't often leave feedback for online purchases but I felt compelled. I ordered a free-standing heater to keep the log cabin warm and dry this winter. I only ordered it on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning!

Not only that, I had a great level of service from Diana by email who was quick to reply with any advice I needed.

Ordered two ceiling heaters for our Airbnb cabin. Prompt next day delivery, all good. When we unpackaged the heaters, it was clear that one had been returned by a previous customer (no protective plastic, different parcel tape etc). That didn't concern us, until we realised that it didn't work. Called the company at the first opportunity and explained that we needed a replacement asap. They agreed that we had obviously been sent a faulty heater. However, they refused to send out a replacement until I had returned the faulty heater, (had to wait in all day for collection) until it had been received and until it had been checked by their technicians. Because of the urgency, I ordered and paid for a new heater and new thermostats (the originals were not suitable). It took a full week for me to receive a refund.
What should have been a positive experience turned out not to be so good. No remedial action take by the company. I have been very disappointed in the customer service and could not recommend this company.

Didn't know much about these heaters so decided to give them a call and told them what my plans were and which one I planned on buying, was given a lot of great information and service,was then recommended a better, lighter and cheaper panel than what I was thinking. Couldn't be more happy with the product. Worth the money. Great products and great service.

Wrong items received. Due to urgency, ordered the correct items and a refund was promised for the incorrect items. Months passed with no refund, only received when threatened court action. AVOID!
