Don't bother with them, they don't even call you back when they say they will, contact provider directly you will get a better service.

Absolutely terrible!!!! AVOID AVOID, they are liers saying I was getting my broadband tomorrow when I'm not and when I rang to enquire about it they said they will call me back and never did! PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO SWITCH YOUR BROADBAND PLEASE DO IT DIRECT AND NOT THROUGH THESE!!

Easy online process - it took me minutes to enquire and then a dedicated phone call was arranged right away! The agent listened well to me and I'm saving more money on broadband now - I recommend using Switch Experts whenever you need to switch deals.

Avoid avoid avoid. I called about switching internet provider, I had not made my mind up and wanted to look into everything before I changed provider. However, they call me endlessly, almost harassment, I had to block them

I check website to see what broadband is available in my area. I filled in one of those forms which required a phone number so that I could see the blurred numbers and providers, immediately once I pressed reveal offers everything disappeared and they called me (which I didn't want) I only wanted to compare prices. They haven't stopped calling me with multiple 0333 numbers, even though I told the woman I spoke to that I wasn't interested in the deals she was offering me. When I pick up one of their calls, I wait for them to speak first and the line is just quiet then they hang up and call me from a different number.

Do not use these clowns, I was misinformed to switch from Sky to Talktalk. I was reassured I would be able to access Asian channels with Now Tv, as part of the package, this is not the cause. Now TV do not offer Asian channels, I will add more to this story to why I am extremely annoyed with these clowns. Please do not use them, do not use talktalk either. Awful customer services.

Really bad service. I recently took over a business and called these guys to switch our phone and broadband services, they told me everything would run smoothly but instead I have been having to spend hours daily on the phone to BT to sort issues with switching the line (they basically just set up new contracts for the old company owner and not me when that was not what we agreed) Caused us nothing but problems. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Messed up my deal with Virgin broadband and phone so I was charged out of contract prices on phone calls for 2 weeks, then they messed up the deal with talk talk and the order was never processed. Lovely ppl to talk to but won't trust them with my broadband or phone deals ever again.
