Have used them for many years now for our boiler checks and in emergency thismorning as we needed our gas turning back on after our carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3am last night and had national gas out. Called at 9am and they were here by 10am. Amazing service, wonderful engineers, would recommend.

I had really excellent service from this company. Making contact was easy and the phone receptionist was helpful and informed. The engineer I required came with minimum delay and was well able to diagnose the problem and achieve a solution, as well as being a pleasure to meet. Last week Billy came to service our boiler and open fire. He was polite and professional. He also explained to me what he had done. He cleaned the open fire well after servicing it. We had used HEH for years and they always quick to respond. Communication, services and standard are always excellent. Pricing is always reasonable. I will definately recommend them.

I rang High efficiency heating 1pm and Billy the heating engineer came just before 4pm I was really pleased as the boiler had stopped working. Billy worked hard and fixed the boiler, he explained all he had done and checked everything was working and td me the price. What a cheerful chap Billy is a very good workman and obviously very happy in his work. Thankyou Billy.

We have used HEH for our boiler service for a number of years and have always been pleased with their service, communication and pricing.

When our boiler finally gave up earlier this year, we contacted HEH and they came out that day, and then scheduled in fitting a new boiler and radiators quickly and at a good price.

The work has now been completed and we are really happy. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and tidied up after themselves. The office team are always helpful and polite on the phone, and I'd be more than happy to recommend the company.
