Avoid!!! Just phoned asking if they had OCD spray. Man was very rude. No telephone manner, in fact no manners at all. Obviously thinks he's extremely macho. Visited there 2 years ago. Same story, very rude. There all men who think they're hard. Makes it an intimidating atmosphere for women. Senua in Liverpool is much better and much nicer people. Will never ever use again. Horrible to speak to.

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option, been waiting about 13 days and still not got my parcel. Sent a message a few days ago asking when I'd get it, no reply, no email, nothing. Got a notification through my "shop" app that it was sent the following day. Plenty good sites to buy from, this isn't one of them, choose somewhere else.

Order #2442
A simple order placed November 2022 for 8 air pots.
Two of the pots missing on arrival,plus half of the fixings for the other air pots not in the packaging.The packaging itself was terribly done,so no suprise why they fell out.I was assured several times that it had been re posted,but alas no goods arrived.
On the times they did respond to me i was fobbed of with "Its being sorted or re posted again". Lies !
No goods came ever. So after one more email the other day,i was greeted with silence. I guess they thought I'd given up and gone quietly away. AVOID LIKE A RAW CHICKEN LOLLY.

Cancelled an order with them and asked them to refund the money. Received a verbal confirmation that the money would be refunded.
So i Waited...
No refund came.
After a few days I thought "I'll just open up a claim with Paypal. I'm sure they just forgot!"
Nope. They completely ignored the communication from Paypal and made me wait until the claim went through to get my money back...
Do not do business with people like that.

Been asking about a fan that was down as delivered but Parcel Force sent it back to the seller... NPK... NPK sent the item late, been asking NPK for 3 weeks to sort this out but now I'm being ignored. I'll charge it back through the bank... slow dispatch and not very pro-active at helping track my item, send me another or refund me.... so pi55 poor.

well my experience wasn,t good. Created an account to make a considerable value purchase. Which I,d already contacted them to confirm they had in stock. Purchase was made on the tues evening. After 48hrs logged into my account to see paid registered but order unfulfilled. Contacted NPK to be told over the phone the item had been sent to the other shop that he would sort it next day and send tracking number. This did not happen , contacted NPK on the monday to be told it would be sorted. Again checked account tue morning same info paid order unfulfilled. Contacted NPK again to be told will be done today they had an issue with there site payment method and would contact me in the afternoon to confirm, this did not happen and was no reply to phone calls made to both numbers at around 5 20pm ok might of gone home early. Then when contacted on the wed morning was told had been an issue with holding company holding payment for 4 days would clear today 1pm concerned asked to be informed when order sent to be asked if refund wanted. Explained item required but concerned over delay. Was then called by NPK to be told again about a 4 day holding of a debit card payment not credit and to be repeatedly told if u dont like take a refund, to try to explain my concern over the delay of a debit payment and that the item was required to have them cancel payment on me whilst in the middle of the conversation and then hang up and ignore return call.
I wont go near them hope u dont either
