Horrible company. They stole my mums money and never delivered the Greenhouse despite months/years of chasing. They constantly claimed they would deliver it but always went back on their word. 4 years later and they have now stopped replying to any of our messages and aren’t even trying to hide their scam.

Scamming the elderly out of £4,000 is disgraceful. The fact they are still operating is a disgrace. The business owners should be arrested.

We bought our "glass box" at Hampton Court in 2016, for people, not plants.
It has been a delight to have; it's perfect for sundown(ers) on cool evenings in spring and autumn. It blends beautifully into the border, reflecting the plants and is much admired.
It's well made and looks great. Installation prep instructions were very clear and the chaps who fitted it were cheerful, sensible, polite and efficient.
Service since then has been exemplary; they contacted us when they had produced an upgrade to the hinge joint & fitted it free of charge. Recently a seal failed, and an email for advice resulted in a prompt visit to replace it, again without charge.
Overall, very satisfied customers.

I have had my Pure greenhouse for 4 years . I bought it on a whim at the Chelsea Flower Show stand. It’s fabulous. Eye wateringly beautiful and a great asset to my veg growing. I also over winter my citrus , olive and loads of other tender pots. The only advice I’d give anyone thinking of buying one is to get a bigger size than you think. I love mine.

Absolute scammers. I don't think I've ever experienced in my life such low lifes as these. They stole £3.5k from my poor mum. She paid the deposit and then the full fee for a greenhouse back in 2021 and they kept rescheduling the delivery until eventually admitted they were never coming. We spoke on the phone as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as Covid had hit small businesses hard and they'd said they were struggling so I organised a payment plan with them to pay my mum back and after agreeing they never honoured and stopped all communication. We've sent bailiffs but they've changed their address and they've blocked all of my accounts on social media. I honestly don't know how you sleep at night, still trading whilst you know you're robbing people blind. Do yourself a favour and never, ever support this business.

I too bought my greenhouse on a whim at Chelsea 4 years ago. It had many admirers in my city centre walled garden. I have recently moved house, so I arranged with Joe and his team to have my greenhouse relocated to my new garden. They arrived on the arranged day, dismantled it and the base and re erected it at the new address on one of the coldest days of the year.
I am very pleased to have it with me still. It looks so elegant in my young garden and is protecting my pots until the Spring.
