I bought new cycle from this shop. I face issue in the cycle but team honour not responding to me. Even I have visited many time for same problem which I face since first day. The honour did not agree to solve my problem and he demand payment for solving the issue which I face since first day.
Cheap team cheap work now I advise to all please prefer online cycle not from here they need money not customer does not matter which problem u r facing in cycle
In easy words you have to pay again and again for same issue. What a joke with us.

Having dealt with these guys previously I was keen to return when I needed advice and possibly and change in direction for my cycling preferences.
So I decided to part exchange mine for a newer model, the guys were very helpful, have me advice on the stocked bikes and have a fair exchange price on my old bike.

Very pleased AGAIN with these guys so I would certainly recommend them.

Bought the bike after lot of research and recommendations at green hybrid. Loved the bike and the workers there and machanic is very helpful and supportive. Had 100 questions as it's a big deal for me but they were very calm throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone. 10 on 10

I bought new cycle in the month of november when I notice it's battery not working properly I have informed to honour straight forward and I have visited many times on the shop I don't know what they did but problem was same. It has happen many times after that I changed my job so I have no time to come and go again and again on the shop. I called to honour he said I will collect cycle from ur home I was waiting but he did not arrive at my home. When I have visited his shop he said we can't solve the problem because warranty period has finished but it was not new problem it was same as first day how u can say we can't solve. I told to honour again and again and he try to prove to me u r rude what's a joke if customer face same problem how u can say it's not under warranty.
Really poor service poor logic even they not try to solve issue they demand money that's it.
I recommend to all please do not buy cycle from here they sale cycle very politely after that you can see real face of them.
Even I have proof I have told to them again and again even I keep my cycle and give them for 5 days I have an Evidence
Dear brother you can check your cameras. My cycle was there or not for 5 days.
Company is making cycle m not why you are taking too much time for check the cycle there is problem in cycle system not in battery they change the battery and make me fool even today he deny for repair free of cost and said it's out of warranty
I have spend 1100 pounds on cycle now I have to spend for repair wow what a logic for money earning. If problem is same then how u are not listening to me.
I will raise my voice through social media as well even people can aware from ur behaviour.
