Never used their service but they come and collect the bins from the block of flats in town. Over 8 months ago a place called Thai restaurant opened up in town and they use map waste as their disposal service. The man coming to collect the bins is always putting the bin which blocks the fire escape and causing hazard to the residents. When spoken to in return was met with ignorance and arrogant behaviour. Made a complaint to map waste team only to get told that it's a family owned business and it's the husband who is the driver to the lady on the phone (Vicky). Absolutely disrespectful and don't follow guidelines when entering property. After the complaint they had the cheek to ask me to move the car and give them access to the gates when it was never an issue. Videos and pictures to prove it all.

They refuse to offer the service to the shop and put the blame on the residents for being aggressive being challenged with evidence and proof.

Google don't let me upload the videos, which shows the driver being aggressive, the phone call to vicky with myself and the phone call from vicky to the restaurant talking lies!

Good customer service, humanity, respect for the community is not the case with MAPWASTE unless your a customer from their approach!!
