I have had several treatments at Skintique and the results are outstanding. The clinic is exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The treatments are very affordable and with some treatments, you can spread the cost (which really helps in this current climate). I highly recommended them. It is a professional clinic with fully qualified staff so I know that the treatments are safe.

I can't fault the treatments I've had, my skin has never looked better however been let down by the receptionist very rude towards me just because i couldn't make it one day. I've spent alot at this clinic and I feel massively let down. Will not be returning.

Dr Nora is always so kind and professional and has been able to improve my symptoms from teeth grinding using masseter Botox. Would definitely recommend her!!!

I’ve had my Damon system braces done at Beautiful Smiles with Dr Nora and can’t recommend her enough. If you’re nervous about visiting the dentist or worried about what options you have , she’s excellent at putting you at ease with the information clearly explained. Nora makes sure your smile is natural if you choose composite bonding for your teeth. The staff at Skintique have always been super helpful , with a lovely coffee at reception if you wished! 10/10 from me.!

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I underwent a plasma shower treatment with Natasha, which resulted in severe hyperpigmentation. The damage to my skin was so extensive that I am now forced to seek further corrective treatment, including a pico laser procedure at another clinic.

Adding insult to injury, I was pressured into purchasing an SPF and a moisturiser. Despite my explicit concerns about my sensitive skin—and being told the products were alcohol-free—I later discovered they did contain alcohol. This has led to persistent breakouts, which I suspect were exacerbated by an already compromised skin barrier.

I returned the creams over a week ago and was promised a refund, yet I have still not received it. To make matters worse, my follow-up communications via email and Instagram have been met with excuses about technical issues, and now complete silence. Moreover, my request for a refund for the plasma shower treatment itself— which damaged my skin—has been outright

I cannot understand how a clinic that claims to care for its customers can treat clients so dismissively. Luckily, I am aware of legal channels available to consumers in situations like this, so I am prepared to take further action to recover the money owed to me and ensure that no one else endures this level of negligence. They have also deleted my Instagram comment. They seem to be posting a lot but they don’t want to actually rectify this issue.

I don’t want treatment from them. I just want a refund for the creams that they have in their possession.

Update…

I strongly advise against visiting this salon. After going back and forth with them regarding the creams they provided me, they have now completely ignored my correspondence. Initially, Natasha claimed that my reaction was just a “purge,” which makes no sense considering she had previously assured me that the creams contained no active ingredients and that no one ever breaks out from them. The cream does have niacinamide and alcohol, so I’m not sure why she lied It’s clear she was just trying to upsell products, and in doing so, she caused me even more skin issues than I had before.

As a result, I have been left with severe hyperpigmentation and burn marks all over my forehead and the sides of my cheeks, forcing me to seek corrective treatment elsewhere. Not only have they refused to acknowledge the damage they caused, but they also left me out of pocket by £100 after me giving them the creams back. And clearly not refundingTheir lack of accountability and disregard for customer care is appalling.

I am now pursuing legal action, as this experience has been beyond unacceptable. Prior to visiting them, my skin was Inflamed from a breakout and now I’ve left with hyper pigmentation and burn marks i truly regret ever going there. Since seeking help from other professionals, even they have been shocked at both the state of my skin and the way I have been treated by this salon.

Please avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of reputable salons that genuinely care about their clients and would never leave them in such a distressing situation. Natasha, in particular, provided the worst experience I have ever had at any salon—both in terms of professionalism.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that prioritizes your skin’s health rather than just making money.

Please note that this salon was taken over last year May so any positive reviews prior to that are from the previous salon please go to anywhere else but this place. I trusted this salon and I trusted what they were saying and I wish I never did because now I’ve left £100’s out of pocket Getting corrective treatment elsewhere. I’ve had to do a charge back from my bank because they have the creams in their possession and have refused to refund and kept the creams which is absolutely insane
