Brilliant service from SND Electrical!

Their speed of delivery was spot on, and they were the cheapest I could find online for my Eufy home security system. What makes them even better is that they’re a long-established family business right in the heart of Birmingham – it really adds a personal touch.

I first popped into their store and was really impressed by the knowledgeable staff member who took the time to explain all my options clearly. I ended up making my purchase online that evening, confident I was making the right choice.

I love supporting local family-run businesses, and SND Electrical is a true gem in the city. They stock absolutely everything! I also bought some outdoor lights for my garden, and they’re perfect.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!

Absolutely shocking to deal with there courier put my parcel in the bin when I wasn’t there and my bins got emptied. So I have lost out on £250 and they have not even tried to help in the slightest, saying it’s my fault that I ordered it when I wasn’t there?

Great customer experience from Imi. I ordered an item but made an error on the postcode. Consequently my order didn’t get delivered. I called through and Imi supported me in getting the item back and ensuring it was re - delivered to me. She called me and updated me on every step, I didn’t need to chase her once. Nowadays, you can’t seem to speak to any companies by phone, it’s all chat, it’s almost impossible, but this company was great. Bearing in mind it was my error, she couldn’t do enough to get the item to me! I can’t praise her enough, Absolutely brilliant!
