Had been looking for an e-bike for a while. The second I saw the shiny shiny light show of the WAU against the black paint work I was sold. Used my employers Cycle to Work scheme to obtain the bike. Really helpful staff at WAU. Bike is an absolute pleasure to ride. Commute is a pleasure when I cycle in and I get a lot of looks from motorists and pedestrians. The bike is as good as it looks.

The WAU team has provided exceptional customer service support to me as a WAU Bike owner.
At first, their customer service support responded very slowly, but they still dealt with my inquiries. However, they became swift and efficient in solving my issues over time.
My bike overall is an incredible bike and I must say that I get compliments on how sexy my WAU bike looks all the time 😀

My experience with WAU has been very good indeed. Although I have only had my WAU Bike for a few days I can state that it is a beautifully made item with quality components and some very very nice design details. It rides very smoothly and the power delivery is excellent.... it's a pleasure to ride and I look forward to enjoying many many miles out on it.
The purchasing of my WAU Bike was also a great experience, with very professional and informative communications from the company throughout the delivery lead time. I'd like to say a special thank you to Crystal who was always ready to answer any questions and provide details whenever I asked. Fantastic company and fantastic bike. Now clocked 300 miles on the bike and still goes like a dream. I've found I have my independence back as I cannot drive and this has given me a way to see and do more. Customer service from day one was excellent. Cannot recommend WAU enough

Nice bike in concept but after 300 miles the battery case split in two. Customer service directed me to a preferred repair shop who then told me I had to order the part myself. Told part presently not in stock that was 6 months ago. Chase, chase no reply. Now I here they have gone bust. So expensive piece of scrap

Great from the start.
From when I placed my order for my new WAU Bike I have been completely satisfied with the service I’ve had. I am a numbers person and spoke to Crystal more than once, she was very informative and answered all the questions I asked about range at different Pedal assist levels etc.
Crystal is very passionate about the WAU bike and is always keen to help.
The Bike is amazing, I am a middle aged man with bad knees etc, and this bike has given me a new lease of life, I went out on a 52mile bike ride on the first week I had the bike. Without the WAU Bike I probably could manage 0.5m on a normal bike before my knees gave in.
95% of the 52mile bike ride was done on pedal assist 5, I feel that the WAU Bike is the only bike to achieve this range.
As I get fitter and stronger I will reduce the pedal assist from 5 to 1, on pedal assist 1 I could expect over 100miles of range from 1 charge.

Well happy with my purchase snd service. 👏👏

Amazing company, I was unfortunately hit by a car off my bike and the bike unfortunately got damaged, I took it to halfords and local bike shops but they refused to touch it (even the non electrical parts). I then reached out to wau's customer service who immediately offered a solution and got the bike collected from my doorstep and next thing is I've got the bike back all fixed up good as new. So glad I bought this bike from a smaller company rather than coverting one myself as it would've been a nightmare to get repaired especially with my current reduced mobility. Also not to mention the bikes an absolute beast, amazing mileage without having to carry around 2 batteries and definitely turns some heads on the streets!

Wanted an E-bike because of my ageing legs. Searched high and low to find that most E-bikes would only go 20 to 30 miles on the battery. This did not suit me at all because I loved to ride longer distances and knowing what batteries were like, with a good head wind or a steep hill in the way you would be lucky to get 15 mile.
Then I came across WAU bikes. 100 mile on one charge !!!!! Could I believe this? After reading lots of reviews I decided to take the plunge, I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED.
What a fantastic bike. Well made and brilliantly put together with high grade parts and the rear lights are fantastic. So far I have managed 65 miles with 30% left in the battery. I think that speaks for itself and there are a lot of hills around here.
The service from WAU is also brilliant especially from Crystal one of the Co founders and to cap it all, its a British company.
They get my 5 stars without doubt.
