With B&Q Portrack you have to pick your time to get in and out quickly. I used Google to pick a quiet time to do a Click and Collect. My order was ready in the 15 minutes promised but Google told me to wait for a bit, so I did and the large car park was fairly quiet when I arrived. The collection point is clearly marked and my order was brought out for me immediately by the friendly staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. This is how I like to shop. My first Click and Collect order with B & Q, would definitely shop there this way again.

I wanted some stones to top off my planters as the birds were digging out the plants. I was directed to the building area. I spoke to Jack for advice and he was so helpful. He fetched a flatbread trolley and loaded it up for me as the sacks were very heavy. He gave me advice on storing and also to take care not to overload on the side where the seal is. He explained how to pull and steer as well as I’d never used one. After I had paid Louise helped me to get the trolley to the car and load the sacks into the boot.
Their help is so appreciated as I have not been in the best of health and I could not have made my purchase without their help. They are a credit to you company.

Ordered a garden furniture set from store and had nothing but trouble with delivery and after sales over the phone to ‘customer support’. Ended up in returning to store seeking help. Can’t speak highly enough of Chris and Beth who were much more empathetic and helpful regarding the situation to get a resolution. Great work from both of them!

Visited Portrack Lane B and Q after a problem with missing parts for a Keter Mia coffee set. Whilst Keter could reorder stock of the missing screws they admitted it could take "a very long time" to replace these so we rung B and Q. Spoke to Antony and Reagan who went literally above for high stock and beyond ensuring table set could be accessed so we could retrieve screws from another set. Once in store spoke again to Reagan who nominated Ken to assist. Both were very helpful and pleasant, a credit to B and Q.

Came here today and wasn’t very impressed as me and my brother where walking around by ourselves, not causing any harm at all. My dad was in the aisle next to us, and this very rude worker came and shouted at us saying in a rude tone of voice “Can you go and find the adult you should be with because you shouldn’t be walking around by yourself without an adult” I replied “We’re not, our dad is just down there” she then huffed and said “I hate cockiness”. I really didn’t like this as it came across really rude to a 14 and 9 year old. Don’t recommend, thought this was really rude. At no point was the tone of the worker appropriate and actually felt rather intimidating which was upsetting.

Staff are awful any other B and Q are far far better. Staff are always lazy and rather rude. Some of the least helpful individuals I've ever seen. If you hate people don't work in a service sector 👍

I called into B&Q Stockton today and I was served by a young lady called beth on the trade counter. What an absolute pleasure it was she is so helpful pleasant and nothing is a bother. Beth is an asset to b&q and should be proud to have her work there. One very happy customer well done beth 👏
