The staff are usually very nice and friendly.

Came across a very rude woman today who was not only rude but didn't know what she was talking about. I told her colleague and she got all defensive rather than address the complaint.

The lady with the glasses is usually okay and all the lads have always been very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They are a credit to themselves and to the company. Adam, Rachel and Lewis supplied me with a tool to remove the blade from my angle grinder and gave me advice and help to remove it. I am very grateful for their help and I will be shopping here again.

I visited your store for the first time yesterday, and I just wanted to say I was super impressed with Vickie (with the gorgeous coloured hair!) She went above and beyond helping me with my order and suggesting add ons that I'd never though of using. Fabulous service, now my favourite store 😀

Went in over the weekend looking for a room lock but was unsure about my options. Vickie was very friendly and patient with me and explained to me the different options that I had. She must've spent atleast 20 to 30 mins going over my options and explaining everything to me. Would definitely recommend her as she definitely went above and beyond.

Better than Screwfix.
The majority of my orders I do online because I know within 5 minutes I can turn up at the branch and my order has been processed, picked and is just waiting my collection. The same cannot be said of other similar companies.
On the occasion where I haven’t ordered online the staff, in particular Emily, work their magic with aplomb.
Reliable, efficient and always happy to advise and help. The world needs more Emily’s.
