Great Product - Even better customer service.
I ordered a custom large (80cmx30cm) mousemat, which arrived promptly. I wasn't happy with the exposure levels and ID Gaming reprinted (?) it (even more quickly than the original order).
The mat looks awesome, and so I can fully recommend both product and company very highly.

Prompt manufacture & dispatch (UK) and a quality product. Initial issues with custom design resolved honestly & professionally. If you are using a custom design be sure to make sure the image is of a decent quality/size/resolution for the size of the mat to avoid disappointment. Overall a big thumbs up 👍

Horrible customer services. I been waiting over a month for my Mat and still haven’t received it. I been emailing daily and only heard from them once. Said they would get back to me in 3-5 days. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing. No number. So no way to get a hold of them. Now I can’t even get a refund. If your from the United States I repeat stay away from them. They are a fraud. Already reported them to the department of business bureau

I ordered a mouse mat from here and it's great. It arrived quickly and is great quality. The print is nice and sharp, and the colours are nice amd rich. It has some weight to it. It came in a nice protective bag, complete with a ribbon bow tied around and a groovy little sticker. For what I got for the price, i'll definitely shop here again.

Love the lord of the rings map of middle earth desk mat that arrived the other day, just refreshed my working from home/gaming setup and the mouse mat really helps tie it together.

The mat grips to my new desk really well and feels great.

Size was easy to decide from but there are plenty of options and I took a look on ID's websites and there are absolutely tonnes of desk mats and mouse pads to choose from.

I also like that you can upload your own images and create a custom mat, even though I didn't go for that service it's really nice to see.

Amazing print quality, more than reasonable price and quick delivery!

I’m not usually one for filling out reviews unless it’s been a great experience. There was such of a wide variety of choice with the mouse mats and also plenty of sizes to cater for all. It arrived in good time and it came in a lovely suede kind of draw string packaging. When opening it up it also came with a bow and a nice smelling thing attached to it. These little touches really made the sale as they go a long way. The item was of great quality and I would highly recommend them. Thanks ID Gaming!
