I bought one of these products (a 2m mains pressure douche hose) with a 5 year guarantee. It started to fail after 3 years with an internal dissection (no leaks though). I just wanted to post I had impeccable customer service and a replacement. Thank you. Quality where it counts. 🙂

Expensive components not worth the price tag. Product does not justify the cost. Black bathroom tap and spout, caps all flaked and bubbled. Filed a warranty claim and received new parts without the aerator because the aerator didn't flake. Unable to use the replacement parts until I purchase a £52.00 aerator plus postage. £52.00 for an aerator is just insane. If you have the option, do not choose this product, you will be disappointed. I also purchased a shower head and it too has flaked. Over priced, low quality. Very disappointed. Don't learn the hard way, find a better product.

Laughable customer service. Chrome plating coming off the tap but because I didn't only use lemon juice (yes really that's why they want )to clean it, it's not covered by the warranty. I didn't use anything abrasive or acidic but still not good enough. The plating is wafer thin and not fit for purpose but hansgrohe who pride themselves on quality couldn't care less. Avoid like the plague.
